Appointments are required for Saturdays and Sundays. We will attempt to accommodate walk ins, but a wait of up to 3 or 4 hours is possible. We strongly suggest appointments for weekdays as well. Weekdays we are also able to comfortably accommodate more people per appointment.

We strongly suggest 4 people maximum (bride plus three other people, for example) for bridal and maids appointments. Greater than this will affect the comfort of your party and the comfort of other customers.

We strongly suggest 3 people maximum for mothers dress and flowergirl appointments.

We strongly suggest 2 people maximum for alterations, tuxedo, prom/homecoming/party dress and dress pickups and all other appointments.

We will confirm all appointments by email or by phone within approximately 24 hours of scheduling, except around holidays and Tuesdays (when we are closed) where it may take us up to 36-48 hours. Appointments for Saturday made on the Friday before or that Saturday morning, need to call or text us at (724) 836-6626 to see if the appointment time is available. If you do not receive an appointment confirmation via email, usually it is due to a typo in your email, the confirmation went to your spam folder, or very rarely a technical glitch. Kindly call, text, or email us if you did not receive confirmation.

You might consider making an appointment during our slower times which is 12pm – 3pm on weekdays and 5:30pm – 7pm the evenings we are open (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
